The ROX system is already well established in the Far East and North America. It basically turns good old tap water into two substances, one that can be used for sanitising and, one that can be used for cleaning (breaking down fats).

It manages to do this with just(!) electrolysis - which only requires salt, power and water.
In short, the ROX will at least match the abilities of your cleaning and sanitising products at what we feel to be reduced prices, with greatly reduced COSHH risks as well.
