Why is your range larger than available elsewhere? |

We specialise in selling the Hoshizaki range of Ice Makers It’s all we do, so we have to be very, very good at it!.
Other suppliers tend to sell Hoshizakis as part of a large range of catering equipment or alongside other brands of Ice Machines. They don’t have the space, or website budgets, to list and carry extensive ranges of products such as Hoshizaki.

You are a small business compared to the big ‘catalogue’ suppliers – so why should I buy from you? |

There are often good reasons for buying from big companies. We feel that the exception to this is where the product you are looking for is part of a complex range of sizes/formats and performance. The reason for this is that if you call a ‘catalogue’ supplier you will speak to an excellent tele-sales person – with no knowledge of the products that you are asking about.
This is all very well if you are buying Glassware, but can be very costly if you end up ordering an incorrect model.
With Ice Machines Direct you will be advised by people who know the range inside out – and can contact the right person at the manufacturer’s offices if your question is a tricky one

again – we have knowledge of the full range of Hoshizakis available. Also – many of these companies make money from repairing machines (even under warranty they earn from billing the manufacturer). This can mean that the temptation to sell lesser machines at higher margins – which are more likely to generate revenue from call outs must be very tempting….

Do Hoshizaki machines really come with a 2 year on site parts and labour warranty? |

Yes! We can’t stress how unlikely it will be that you need to call on this warranty – and can’t begin to tell you how much easier it makes it for us to sell Hoshizaki machines to customers with high demands and expectations.

Will Ice Machines Direct repair my machine if it breaks during the warranty? |

We don’t fix your machine as Hoshizaki UK honour the warranty that comes with your machine. They provide a certificate of purchase and contact details with your machine. If your machine does break, however, you are more than welcome to contact us – and we will contact Hoshizaki UK on your behalf.

What modular Ice Machines go with which bins? |

In simple terms the B Series bins go with KM and FM machines, and F Series bins go with IM240D/480Dand720D series machines.
